With over two decades of hands-on experience working within organisations including Marks & Spencer, Harvey Nichols, Boots, and The Body Shop, developing and launching products and brands across retail and travel retail. Alongside this, she has partnered with visionary founders, guiding them as they navigate and grow within the beauty industry.

Driven by a passion for purpose-led business, Janet founded Bespoke Advantage as an international beauty brand consultancy dedicated to helping clients with building brands across markets. The team at Bespoke Advantage collaborate with ambitious founders, award-winning beauty and wellness brands, retailers, investors, trade bodies, and embassies worldwide.

Alongside her role as Founder and Managing Director of Bespoke Advantage, Janet is a respected voice in beauty and business. She writes for industry publications, speaks at events, and serves as a trusted advisor to companies across the sector.
