Janet is a seasoned expert in building beauty brands, with over two decades of experience working with leading organisations such as Marks & Spencer, Harvey Nichols, Boots, and The Body Shop, developing and launching products across retail and travel retail. She has also partnered with visionary founders, helping them navigate, scale, and succeed in the beauty industry.

Driven by a passion for purpose-led business, Janet founded Bespoke Advantage, an international beauty brand consultancy dedicated to helping clients build brands across markets. Her team collaborates with ambitious founders, award-winning beauty and wellness brands, retailers, investors, trade bodies, and embassies worldwide.

Alongside her role as Founder and Managing Director, Janet is a respected voice in beauty and business, writing for industry publications, speaking at events, and advising companies across the sector.
